New Customer Onboarding Starts at the Rack

This is a newly onboarded customer, and this rack is one of the first things we found. It supports dual ISP circuits, the POS environment, back-office LAN, television and AV systems, Wi-Fi, surveillance, network switches, PoE injectors, power supplies, and equipment managed by several outside vendors.

No single vendor created this mess. Each one added a few patch cables, injectors, or power bricks while completing its own scope. Without on-site IT managing the complete environment, those small additions compounded until tracing a circuit, identifying a failed device, or walking local staff through troubleshooting became nearly impossible. The customer experienced the result as downtime.

Our standard onboarding procedure is to take ownership of the entire technology environment. We document the circuits and equipment, trace and label the cabling, secure patch leads and power connections, establish vendor demarcation points, and create a working rack baseline.

That ownership continues after cleanup. Any vendor working at one of our managed sites must coordinate with our help desk, document its changes, provide completion photos, and check out before leaving. We review the work and make sure the rack, network, and connected systems remain supportable.

This customer now has one team watching the whole environment. They can rely on us to manage the vendors, catch problems before they become outages, and keep the site operating the way it should.

Two Print Stations Ready to Work

Just finished setting up two complete print stations with Lenovo workstations, new monitors, and Brother Workhorse printers. We deployed the printers with 25,000-page toner cartridges and five years of warranty coverage.

The whole setup was delivered on time as one turnkey package. For this kind of day-to-day printing, the goal is simple: reliable hardware and the lowest per-page cost we have found in equipment we can confidently support. The client was super stoked with the finished setup, and these two stations are ready to get to work.
