This looks like a surveillance camera, but that is not its job here. We installed it in downtown Reno to monitor an architectural lighting system and flag outages or behavior that does not match the normal programming.
There are several of these AI cameras around the installation. When one sees an anomaly, it reports back so a technician can investigate. Small device, very specific job.
