Operational technology
Technology that keeps the facility moving.
Warehouse and distribution operations depend on technology across the entire facility. Office users, lift trucks, handheld scanners, printers, cameras, shipping systems, cloud applications, wireless networks, and building technology all contribute to the same operational result. When responsibility is divided across unrelated vendors, a single problem can create delays while each provider looks at only one part of the environment.
Warehouse 5 brings managed IT, cybersecurity, device operations, systems integration, and network infrastructure together under one accountable technology partner. We support facilities throughout Reno-Sparks, McCarran, the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, Carson City, and surrounding Northern Nevada.
Complete facility support
From the desk to the warehouse floor.
Managed IT
User support, cloud administration, identity, documentation, vendor coordination, and technology planning for the business systems behind the operation.
Managed devices
Inventory, health monitoring, policy, patching, deployment, and remote support for computers, servers, mobile devices, and supported specialized equipment.
Cybersecurity
Security monitoring and response built on the users, devices, identities, backups, and operating context we already support.
Systems integration
Cameras, displays, controls, audiovisual systems, data systems, and operational technology planned and supported as part of the complete facility.
Network infrastructure
Large buildings require purpose-built connectivity.
Warehouse wireless environments must account for high ceilings, long aisles, moving equipment, changing inventory, outdoor areas, roaming devices, and uptime-sensitive workflows. Commercial Wi-Fi, fiber optics, network cabling, wireless engineering, firewall security, deployment, and ongoing network support are delivered through our dedicated Reno Tahoe WiFi product.
Facilities in McCarran and the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center can also review our dedicated McCarran and TRIC technology services.
Ongoing ownership
Build it, operate it, and keep it supportable.
Warehouse 5 does more than complete an installation. We document the environment, coordinate the supporting vendors, monitor the systems placed under management, respond when something changes, and help plan the next lifecycle decision. That continuity reduces the burden on internal teams and creates one clear path from a problem to a solution.
