Warehouse 5

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026

Warehouse 5 LLC ("Warehouse 5," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy
Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit
Warehouse5.com, submit a request through the website, or otherwise contact us through the
website.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the website contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number, if provided
  • Preferred response method
  • The contents of your message

Please do not submit passwords, access credentials, Social Security numbers, payment-card
information, private infrastructure details, security telemetry, health information, or other
sensitive information through the general contact form.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting, security, and network providers may automatically
process technical information such as:

  • Internet Protocol address
  • Browser and device type
  • Operating system
  • Date and time of access
  • Requested pages and referring page
  • Diagnostic, security, and error information

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated
traffic. Turnstile may process browser and device signals needed to provide that security
function. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit the contents of the
contact form or other page inputs.

How we use information

We use information collected through the website to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests for services
  • Communicate about potential or existing business relationships
  • Route requests to the appropriate Warehouse 5 team member
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website
  • Detect and prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations
  • Protect the rights, safety, property, and operations of Warehouse 5 and others

We do not use the website contact form to make decisions that produce legal or similarly
significant effects through automated processing.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

  • Hosting and website operations providers. GoDaddy
hosts and manages the WordPress environment and may process website files, backups, logs, and
    technical information.
  • Security providers. Cloudflare Turnstile
processes technical signals and verification tokens to protect the contact form from automated
    abuse.
  • Email delivery providers. Twilio SendGrid
processes contact-form content and related email metadata to deliver the request to Warehouse 5.
  • Professional advisers and contractors. We may provide limited information to vendors,
consultants, accountants, attorneys, or other advisers who support our operations and are
    expected to protect the information.
  • Legal and safety recipients. We may disclose information when required by law, legal
process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights,
    safety, property, or security.
  • Business transaction recipients. Information may be transferred as part of a merger,
acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business,
    subject to applicable law.

We do not sell covered information for monetary consideration. We do not use the website for
third-party targeted advertising or disclose contact-form information to data brokers.

Cookies and similar technologies

The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Cloudflare Turnstile and our hosting or security providers may use cookies or similar technologies
when necessary to provide security, prevent abuse, balance traffic, or maintain website
functionality. WordPress may also use authentication and preference cookies for authorized
administrators who sign in to manage the website.

Because the public website does not currently sell personal information or use cross-site targeted
advertising, browser "Do Not Track" settings and opt-out preference signals do not change the
site’s current behavior. We will revise this policy if those practices change.

Contact-form storage and retention

The website does not save completed contact-form submissions as public posts or as a dedicated
WordPress form-submission database. A submitted request is delivered to Warehouse 5 by email.

We retain contact requests and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to
respond, manage the business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve
disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs,
backups, and delivery records may be retained for different periods by Warehouse 5 and its
service providers according to operational, security, backup, and legal requirements. Information
is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject
to backup cycles and legal exceptions.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect
information. These measures include encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, managed
hosting protections, form validation, rate limiting, anti-automation verification, and restricted
server configuration. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be
completely secure.

Your privacy choices and requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information that Warehouse 5 maintains about
you through the website. You may also ask questions about our privacy practices or direct us not
to sell covered information.

Submit requests through the secure request form on the Warehouse5.com homepage and begin the
message with Privacy Request. Please describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We
may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond
within the period required by applicable law and may deny or limit a request when an exception
applies, including when information must be retained for security, legal, contractual, or recordkeeping
purposes.

Nevada consumers may use the same address to submit a verified request directing us not to sell
covered information. Warehouse 5 does not currently sell covered information as that term is
defined under Nevada law.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. We will not unlawfully
discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children’s privacy

The website is intended for businesses and adults seeking technology services. It is not directed
to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under
13 through the website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so
we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

External websites

The website may link to other websites, including RenoTahoeWiFi.com. A linked website’s privacy
practices are governed by its own policies. Warehouse 5 is not responsible for the privacy or
security practices of websites it does not control.

Processing locations

Warehouse 5 and its service providers may process information in the United States and other
locations where they operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from
the laws where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will post
the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how
we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when
required by law.
